Thank you for choosing Studio Cat Design. I take immense pride in the craftsmanship of my pottery and ensure every piece is packed with the utmost care to reach you safely.
Processing & Shipping Times​

Studio Schedule: To ensure dedicated time for the creative process and studio work, I package and ship all orders once a week on Fridays. * Order Cut-off: Orders placed by Thursday at 5:00 PM CST will be included in Friday's shipment. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following Friday.

Domestic Shipping: Once shipped on Friday, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Packaging Commitment
Ceramics are delicate, so I use a "box-within-a-box" method or heavy-duty padding for high-risk items. To minimize my environmental footprint, I use sustainable and recyclable materials whenever possible. Please reuse or recycle your packaging!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Studio Cat Design is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you have concerns about package security, please contact me before ordering to request a "Signature Required" delivery for an additional fee.

Local Pickup (Kansas City Area)
If you are located in the Kansas City metro area, you can skip the shipping fees!

How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Notification: Once your order is ready (usually 2–3 business days), I will email you to coordinate a pickup time and provide the specific location details.

Timeline: Please aim to pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" notification.
