Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade artistry! Because each piece is handcrafted, there are no two items exactly alike. I want you to love your new ceramics, so please review my policies below:

Handmade Nature: Please note that slight variations in color, size, and texture are part of the beauty of handmade pottery. These are not considered flaws.
Final Sale: Due to the nature of small-batch production, all sales are generally final. However, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss a potential exchange or shop credit.
Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately.
Email the photos to Tracy@studiocatdesign.store within 48 hours of delivery.
I will either ship a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund for the damaged piece.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet shipped.

As noted on my site, these ceramic pieces are not intended for oven, microwave, or dishwasher use. Damage resulting from improper care is not eligible for a refund.
